clean and convenient location

comfortable bed luggage storage

the facility was extra clean i found the bed very comfortable and the bathroom nice breakfast was adequate and clean. the front desk was very helpful with information and luggage storage.

the air conditioner was not running when i checked in i found the hotel had timers built into the thermostat and the room would never get cold enough to be comfortable i made the front desk aware of this issue.

staff provided helpful information at the front desk they were generally friendly and efficient. luggage storage was available needing to store their bags before or after check-in this offered a practical solution for managing luggage.

mixed experience due to noise and room issues

outside noise cold temperature

my room had issues with noise. i could clearly hear sounds from outside and the adjacent rooms , which was disruptive. additionally , the air conditioning was not adjustable in the room. the temperature was too cold at night .

the location was amazing. major attractions, shops, and restaurants were just a short walk away. the staff were helpful and friendly. they assisted with luggage storage and promptly arranged taxis for us.

the entrance area of the hotel was somewhat underwhelming.
